The competent employee finishes the tourist program in a proper manner minutes after the client's request and works to communicate with him as soon as possible to meet his requests.

After the specialist works the entire program, he/she in turn sends a message to the customer to discuss and study and make any modification before confirming the booking because the hotel policies vary as well as the availability at the time of the actual booking and finalize all the modification procedures before starting the confirmation of the booking and then the employee finalizes the actual booking procedures as agreed with the customer and speeds up the proceedings and sends the full confirmations to the client in a coordinated and proper manner at the quickest time.
